Refund Policy- Due to the customization and sensitive nature of all psychic services including readings and other spiritual services, no refunds will be given.

Pricing - You will find that pricing for our services and products are very competitive. However, as the economy fluctuates all pricing and service content offered is subject to change at any time without notice.

Privacy-  Please note that everything that you discuss in our in a session is private unless you’re at harm to yourself or others. Your personal information will never be distributed or sold to a 3rd party or commercial company. If during your session it is felt you should consult with another recommended healer for metaphysical work, Jamie will request your approval prior to sharing any contact info.

Specials- At certain times we offers specials on readings and services. Please respect boundaries. WE will NOT answer questions for free. If you would like a reading or have questions you must pay for a reading. Payment is required BEFORE the reading and no questions will be answered before payment is taken or session will end immediately.

 

 

Appointments- ***Please Note: Appointments are required. If you are seeking a phone or Skype session, completed payment is required at the time of scheduling. We cannot guarantee your appointment will be still be available unless payment has been made. Also, please be mindful of your session time. We will not go over and will end the session on time. Please be respectful of the time that you paid for and free minutes or extensions will not be given unless you pay for extended time.

Cancellation Policy- **Please note, we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us within 48 hours of your scheduled reading. If you have questions or concerns about rescheduling your appointment please call or email.**

Policy on Missed Appointments and Refunds- NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancelled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.

All appointments are scheduled in PACIFIC TIME. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment. Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Rescheduling of an appointment is permissible PRIOR TO 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and there will NOT be an opportunity to reschedule for the purchase. If there is an emergency and you have to cancel within 48 hours, a refund will be given but YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 CANCELLATION FEE!
